What we collect
When you create a wedding project, VowFrame receives the project details, photos, videos, audio, tags, notes, and edits that you choose to upload or enter.
How we use it
We use this information to organize your project, generate previews and final reels, deliver guest uploads, provide support, and process purchases. We do not sell your personal information.
Media and sharing
Media is shared only with the project services needed to store and render your reel and with people you invite using your project invite code. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Retention and deletion
You can clear the local app session at any time. To request deletion of server-side project data, contact us at support@vowframe.app.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. VowFrame receives transaction information needed to associate a purchase with a project and provide the purchased export.
